We are an accounting and business advisory firm based on Hayling Island in Hampshire. We believe that start-ups and SME’s are the lifeblood of our economy and a critical part of our wider community and we would like to see as many of them as possible succeed.

NICK KALFAS
I am a CIMA-qualified accountant with more than 20 years’ experience working with fast-growing, privately-owned businesses within the manufacturing, distribution, retail, hospitality, recruitment, property and construction sectors.
My love for business began at an early age. My father had his own business and I used to spend holidays and weekends going to work with him. This love for business grew as I got older and when it came time to decide what to study, I chose accountancy as I believed it would give me a strong grounding for owning my own business one day.
Fast forward 22 years… I now live on Hayling Island, on the south coast of England, having moved here in 2015. Using experience gained from running businesses in cities around South Africa and England, I now own two very different businesses of my own – a family-run airport shuttle service and Blackpoint Accounting. Here, in addition to handling individual’s personal tax, I am able to channel my fascination with small businesses and start-ups into assisting business owners with accounting, tax, and their business strategy requirements. I am also able to guide both business owners and contractors through the complex web of regulations that govern their employment relationships.
Within South Africa and England, businesses and other organisations have a vested in interest in community support and upliftment. As such I have been, and continue to be, involved in the setting up and running of various non-profit organisations.
